Leyton Orient cement their place at the top of the table after they smashed 5 past Braintree Town. Macauley Bonne now tops the goalscoring charts in the league after he buried an emphatic hat-trick.

Ebbsfleet United boss, Daryl McMahon has stated he knows the importance of getting back to winning ways at the Kuflink Stadium. The side that has only won once at home were beaten at home again, this time by Bromley, falling to 16th in the table.

Salford City came out on top in the battle of two inform sides in the league. Hartlepool United visited the Peninsula stadium and were blown away by Graham Alexander’s side with Salford winning 3-0. Salford move up to 2nd having won their last 5 games.

Another battle at the top of the table resulted in a draw after Harrogate held Wrexham to a stalemate, 0-0 draw. Both sides dropped below Salford in the table.

Several loan deals were completed during the week. Eastleigh signed goalkeeper Max Stryjek on loan from Sunderland for a month. While Zak Jules has joined Barnet until January from League 1 side Shrewsbury.

Bromley have acquired Lincoln City midfielder Joan Lucque on loan. The Spanish midfielder has signed a short-term deal.

Chesterfield right back, Bradley Berry has joined fellow National League side, Dover, on loan. Gozie Ugwa has also left Chesterfield, joining Boreham Wood on a loan deal as well.

The England C squad has been announced. Paul Fairclough has picked his group of players to represent the country at this level.

The friendly game takes place on Wednesday, October 10 in East London.
