Over the past week in the National league there has been a range of News for different reasons good and bad for each club.

Transfers

Ben Tollitt’s loan was due to expire but good news for Wrexham as they have extended his loan for one more month to help their side out. The National League leaders now, Leyton Orient, turn to ex Notts County defender Turley to help their promotion push.

Barrow have boosted their attacking power as they sign Dior Angus from Vale on loan until the end of the season after he was recalled by Vale in 2018 but now gets another chance to play more games.

Manager News

Barrow manager Evatt wins the Manager of the month award for December which was for a 2-0 win at Maidenhead United, a win at Solihull Moors and beating Salford City in a 5-goal thriller.

Hartlepool Boss Richard Money has challenged his players to start performing or risk being moved on after losing two games one in the FA Trophy to Telford and one at home to Maidstone United.

lan Devonshire believes his Maidenhead United side are finally heading up in the right way, victory against Maidstone United saw the Magpies pull four points clear of the drop zone. He said that: “We always knew what we were capable, but we have got to keep it going. “
