FC Halifax Town have confirmed that defender Michael Duckworth has committed his future to the Club.
Duckworth played 18 times for the Shaymen last season and returned to the side last weekend against Boston United in the final pre-season match against Boston United.
Town boss Jamie Fullarton told the official website, “Whilst every manager ideally would prefer his full squad assembled for the 1st day of pre season, as shown throughout the leagues, the industry doesn’t work like that. We are delighted to have Michael back on board. A real positive is that Michael knows the environment and culture we are creating at the club having been part of it last season and will need no time to settle in as we continue to work to add the correct type of characters and players to the squad over the coming weeks.”
We wish him well during his time with the Club.
