Pen Pic: Thomson became current boss Jamie Fullarton’s second signing in March 2018 when he signed for Halifax after leaving Blackburn earlier in the year. The right-sided midfielder brings an attacking option to the Shaymen, as he scored on his debut shortly after coming off the bench against Woking.
Thomson had spent a brief spell with fellow National League side Barrow AFC last season.
