FC Halifax Town will make the long trip south on Saturday to take on Yeovil Town in the Vanarama National League, 3pm kick-off.
The Shaymen go into the game in 8th place, just two points and one place below their hosts knowing a win would see them move back into the play-off places.
Town were defeated 4-1 in the National League Cup in midweek at home to Middlesbrough, a competition which Yeovil Town opted to not compete in this season.
Chris Millington’s side won 1-0 at home to Woking last weekend which followed defeats at home to York City and away at Rochdale both games finished 2-1.
On the road Town have three wins from their seven games played so far with victories at Boston United, Maidenhead United and Ebbsfleet United
Yeovil have picked up more points from Huish Park this season with 11 picked up at home and 17 on the road.
They won 1-0 away at Southend last weekend, their last home game saw them defeat Maidenhead 3-1 thanks to two goals from Aaron Jarvis and one from former Town midfielder Charlie Cooper
Jarvis is their top goalscorer with 5 league goals in 15 games.
Town’s last game with Yeovil was back in March 2023 when the two sides met at the Shay with the game ending 1-1, whilst the two sides drew 0-0 at Huish Park in November 2022
