FC Halifax Town return to the Shay on Tuesday night with the visit of Yeovil Town, 7.45pm kick-off.
The Shaymen kicked off the new season with a 2-0 win at the Shay on the opening day, have been defeated 2-1 away at Stockport and drew 0-0 against last season’s play-off eliminator winner Boreham Wood at the weekend.
Yeovil finished the season in the play-offs last season like the Shaymen and will be looking for their first win of the season.
They were defeated 1-0 at the weekend thanks to a 10th minute goal from Kwame Thomas at Huish Park. This followed a 2-2 draw at home to Wealdstone and a 2-2 draw away at King’s Lynn on the opening day of the season.
There will be a number of players who have represented both sides on show at the Shay tomorrow night. Gold Omotayo and Tom Bradbury were both at Yeovil last season whilst Josh Staunton has gone the opposite way.
The game will be played behind closed doors due to the ongoing Covid19 restrictions.
