1.West Ham played their last league game at the Boelyn ground against Manchester United before moving into the Olympic stadium for the 2016/17 season.

2.The hammers are the last side to win the FA Cup who were playing outside the top division in 1980.

3.Billy Bonds made 804 appearances for the club, more than any other player.

4.Vic Watson is the clubโ€™s leading scorer with 326 goals, ahead of second placed England world cup winner Geoff Hurs with 252.

5.Syd King was the clubs first ever manager and the longest serving, having managed the club for 31 years between 1901 and 1932.

6.West ham have never played their football lower than the second division.

7.The Hammers were beaten 2-0 by Bolton in the first FA Cup final at Wembley.

8.They famously had three of Englandโ€™s starting 11 in the World Cup final playing for the club in 1966. The players were Martin Peters and Geoff Hurst, who scored all of Englandโ€™s goals in the final and the England captain Bobby Moore.

9.West Ham have never finished higher than third in the top division of English football.

10.The Hammers won the 1965 sports personality of year team award.
