FC Halifax Town will host Wealdstone at the Shay on Saturday afternoon in the Vanarama National League, 3pm kick-off.

The Shaymen go into the game five points above their visitors in 8th place in the table.

Town have won 3, drawn 4 and lost 2 on home soil this season with just 10 goals scored and only 8 conceded.

The last two games at the Shay have seen 2-1 victories over Hartlepool United and Kidderminster Harriers but have since dropped points with a point at York City and a 1-0 defeat at Maidenhead last weekend.

Wealdstone have failed to win a league match away from home this season with just 2 draws and 7 defeats to date scoring 7 and conceding 7. They are 12th in the table thanks to their 6 home victories and 3 draws this season

They beat Rochdale 3-2 at home last weekend and their last away game saw a 1-0 defeat at Solihull Moors. They haven’t won two games in a row all season and have faled to score in their last two league away games.

Sam Bowen and former Town loanee Tahvon Campbell are both on loan with the Stones and lead their goalscoring charts with 5 goals each

Last time out the Shaymen won 5-0 against the Stones last season thanks to two goals form Jamie Stott, Jamie Cooke, Millenic Alli and Tylor Golden.
