From M25 Junction 16
Follow signs for M40 East (London)
M40 becomes A40 after about 1 Mile
Follow A40 passed RAF Northolt
At next exit (Polish War Memorial) take A4180 towards Ruislip
Passing RAF Northolt on your left
Passing Ruislip Gardens Station on you right
After about another mile the road bends sharply to the left,
Turn right here for Grosvenor Vale and the ground is at the bottom of the road.
By Train
The nearest Underground station is Ruislip on the Metropolitan Lane
Come out of the Ticket Office and turn immediately LEFT, you will see a set of steps leading up to the road way.
At the top turn LEFT and towards mini roundabout
Keep to the LEFT and carry on around the bend (Ruislip Rugby Club on your right)
Grosvenor Vale is the second turning on the LEFT after the mini roundabout.
It`s a 5-10 minute walk from Ruislip Station
