FC Halifax Town fell to a 2-0 defeat despite having an extra man for 80 minutes. Gold Omotayo saw red just nine minutes into the game after kicking Jeff King in the head. This did not prove to be an issue for the hosts as a goal in each half from Courtney Duffus gave them a 2-0 win.

Despite taking the lead through Mike Fondop-Talom in the 15th minute, it wasn’t to be thanks to goals from Ben Williamson and an own goal from Will Evans. The defeat leaves Chesterfield just one place from bottom, level on goal difference.

Maidenhead United did well to record a 2-1 win over Dagenham & Redbridge. Maidenhead took the lead in the 26th minute before being pulled back in the 64th. It wasn’t until the 70th minute that Maidenhead got the winner thanks Remy Clerima with his second of the game.

Harrogate Town held on for a 2-1 home win over Torquay United. Goals from Alex Bradley and Jon Stead proved too much as Torquay couldn’t complete the comeback despite pulling one back from Jamie Reid.

Sutton United grabbed a late goal to take a valuable point away from Notts County. A 14th minute strike from West Thomas was cancelled out by Harry Beautyman’s 76th minute goal. The point means Sutton now only have goal difference separating them from safety.

Stockport County ran riot over bottom side Chorley. Two goals from Nyal Bell and one from Festus Arthur and Tom Walker gave Stockport a 4-2 win. The three points mean Stockport climb to 8th in the National League.

Woking came from 1-0 down to take a 2-1 win at home against Hartlepool United. Second half goals from Jake Hyde and Dave Tarpey proved too much for Hartlepool who remain 13th the league whilst Woking climb to 4th.
