This is our round-up of news from the Vanarama National League. This is what has been going on recently.

Barrow manager, Ian Evatt feels that the National League is going to be extremely competitive this season, even more competitive than usual. “People are doing their work early this season, because I think everybody feels there’s a chance, there’s an opportunity to really push on this season,” said Evatt.

At Stockport County, there was huge surprise for super fan, Kian Carroll as he was taken to his year 11 prom by manager, Jim Gannon. Also in the car was the National League North trophy that was lifted at Edgeley Park at the end of the season.
