Last season, the Supporters’ Club (SC) raised over £5000 through various fund-raising activities and are offering FREE membership for the upcoming campaign.
The Supporters’ Club objective is to constructively and positively help the football club in any way, shape or form, and the committee continues to have a very good working relationship with FC Halifax Town.
The SC have organised various fund-raising initiatives and collections, which through combined match-day bucket collections and general donations, have raised £2600 alone to support the football club.
Other popular fundraising activities include:
- ‘Play the Squares’ combined with the commercial group – Raised £1500
- Race Night – Raised £700
- End of Season Draw – £600
19/20 MEMBERSHIP
For the upcoming 2019/20 season, the Supporters’ Club has announced that membership is FREE, with members benefitting from 10% off both on match-day dining and replica shirt purchases.
Chairman Kit Walton commented:
“There has been an encouraging response to this offer and the committee are hoping this continues.
“Halifax Town Supporters Club has been in existence for many, many years and its prime role is in the title. We are a Club that is there to support our football club in whatever way we can.
“There has never been a better time to be part of the Supporters Club and, in so doing, make your own personal and positive contribution to the well being of FC Halifax Town.”
Regarding the 19/20 season ticket offer, Walton said:
“As well as joining the Supporters Club, the committee would appeal to every FC Halifax Town supporter to take advantage of FC Halifax Town’s quite remarkably priced Season Ticket offer.
