FC Halifax Town will return to league action on Tuesday night with the rearranged home game against Sutton United at the Shay 7.45pm kick-off.
The Shaymen went out of the Isuzu FA Trophy at the weekend away at Basford United in a penalty shoot-out and will be looking to return to winning ways over Sutton United
Town go into the game in 10th place in the table and haven’t won in the last four games.
Last time at the Shay, Town drew 2-2 against Leeds United in the National League Cup and lost the penalty shoot-out which followed. In the league Southend United won 2-0 in the last league game.
Sutton have won their last three league games in a row all at home, AFC Fylde 2-0, Solihull Moors 1-0 and Maidenhead United 1-0
Their last away league game saw them lost 2-1 at Rochdale

The two sides last met at the Shay back in March 2021 when they drew 2-2
