FC Halifax Town return to the Shay in midweek with the visit of Sutton United, 7.45pm kick-off.

Town’s game at Eastleigh was called off at the weekend due to a waterlogged pitch and Tuesday night is the first of three home games in a row for Pete Wild’s side

In the league Town have won the last three home games in a row and will be hoping to return to this form which has seen a cup defeat against Halesowen and defeat away at Torquay in the last two games.

Sutton have just one win in six games but they have been drawing games as they have only lost one in 14 games too.

At the weekend they beat Bromley 1-0 away from home courtesy of Omar Bugiel’s 16th minute goal

Their top goalscorer is Harry Beautyman who has got 15 goals in 32 appearances this season.
