Home-Start Halifax was set up in October 1999 after the North Halifax area was identified as having high levels of needs due to deprivation. In response to this, Home-Start could help parents improve their parenting skills, confidence and access other services both within the statutory and voluntary sector.
The Shop will be open as follows in December:
