The Supporters Club Committee are please to announce that Membership for 2017/18 is now available with prices remaining unchanged in all the categories.
Please kindly download the attached Supporters Club Membership Form 2017/18 and return it to the address listed.
It is good to report that, in 2016/17, FC Halifax Town benefitted overall by approx £6550.00 via the various Supporters Club fund-raising and related activities. Some of these monies have already been passed over with arrangements now in place to forward the remainder within the next few days.
In thanking each and everyone of you who helped raise this amount, the Committee would like to make special reference again to our links with ‘Shaymen Down South’ in respect of the ‘Goal O Meter’ scheme which accounted for a healthy £1065.00 of the total figure raised. These monies have been ‘ring-fenced’ towards offsetting the cost of first team away coach travel. In 2017/18, the Committee will work further with Simon and Matthew from ‘Shaymen Down South’ to develop this scheme further – there is certainly a lot of potential with this particular initiative to increase the profits. A website article will follow in due course advising how supporters can play their part in this – please try to support this type of creative sponsorship scheme!
Although this is a recurring theme, the Committee – and consequently FC Halifax Town – would unquestionably benefit from an addition of a couple of new Committee Members. If you have a few hours to spare – particularly on match days – please e-mail supportersclub@fchalifaxtown.com
