FC Halifax Town are back in home league action this weekend in the first of two games over the Bank Holiday weekend.

The Shaymen have won 8 out of the last 9 games scoring 18 goals and conceding just 1 goal.

Last night’s 1-0 win over fellow play-off hopefuls Grimsby Town puts the Shaymen into third place, the highest league position of the season.

Town are close to sealing a play-off place in their first season in the Skrill Premier and your support over the next three games to push the players over the last hurdles.

Midtable side Macclesfield will be the visitors to the Shay on Saturday and they will no doubt be aiming to be only the second side this season to beat the Shaymen on home soil.

On Bank Holiday Monday, Town will make the short trip to the West Coast to take on Southport, who are just four points above the drop zone but have a good record at home with only 5 defeats out of 22 games.

Finally Town will entertain Kidderminster Harriers on the final day of the season, a 5.30pm kick-off.

Town have been boosted by higher attendances in the last few home games and that support is very much appreciated by the Club, Neil Aspin and the players, who have been tremendous this season.

So come down on Saturday to support the Club, bring your family, friends, work colleagues, let’s get the Shay rocking and be the 12thΒ man and with a final push, Town can hopefully secure a play-off place.

Please share on social media and let’s get the message out that this Club is alive and kicking!
