As you can appreciate we’re working tirelessly to ensure we have everything in place for the start of the 20/21 campaign and our eagerly anticipated return to the Shay.

Following our update last week, we’re now in the position to offer some further information:-

  • The deadline to purchase your season ticket(s) ‘outright’ online will be midnight 7 September, this unfortunately can’t be moved due to a number of other external deadlines we have to meet
  • If you are disabled or need support in buying your season ticket(s), your deadline is 10 September. We’ll be able to help you at the stadium on Thursday 10 September between 11am-1pm and 2-4pm this is strictly for those people who really need our support
  • A reminder. . . If you’re already in the process of paying for your season ticket via an ‘instalment plan’ the deadline to make your last payment will be 30 September as determined from the outset. Whether buying outright or via instalment – it’s essential we have a deadline, to ensure we’re aware of our committed number, so we can guarantee everyone access or a seat in the event of a worst-case scenario with further restricted capacity
  • We will start the process of seat allocation the week of 14 September, you will be contacted, we’ll seat our disabled supporters and those with mobility issues first then we’ll work through the rest of our orders, we’ll also deal with your ‘bubble’ at the same time so please have all the relevant details to hand. We will not be able to accommodate seating location requests
  • Face Masks, the guidance & best practice is to wear them in enclosed spaces for example underneath the stadium however the wearing of face masks is not mandatory within the stadium footprint
  • The bars & kiosks will remain closed throughout October and we will review this with the Council during October in readiness for November
  • For the foreseeable future entry to the ground will be by ticket only – there will be no cash on the day turnstiles, which also supports the requirement for track & trace. We are still in discussion with an external ticket provider who could possibly manage our matchday ticketing for us however we have to ensure the solution is financially viable for the Club, if not we’ll manage this in house on a match by match basis
  • Please remember if you opt to stand then you will enter the South Stand and adhere to social distancing rules, we will not contact you until your season ticket(s) are ready for collection
  • The work on our ultimate stadium capacity is on-going and will be finished shortly, we’re working very closely with the Council Team to ensure the ground is optimised
