It’s a short trip for FC Halifax Town tomorrow as they make the trip to local neighbours Oldham Athletic in the Vanarama National League, 3pm kick-off.

Town go into the game three places above their hosts and four points above them but Oldham do have a game in hand.

Both sides have struggled on the road this season Town picked up just two victories away from the Shay and Oldham have picked up just one but have a better home record with 6 home victories, 2 draws and 4 defeats so far this season.

The Shaymen go into the game on the back of four defeats and a draw in the last five league games. They have progressed in the FA Trophy with a penalty shoot-out win over Harrow Borough.

Oldham are unbeaten in four games with two wins and two draws. Last time out they drew 1-1 at Aldershot and last time at Boundary Park they won 2-0 against York City.

Ex Shaymen Liam Hogan, Lois Maynard, Dan Gardner, Charlie Cooper, Mike Fondop-Talom have all played for Oldham this season.
