FC Halifax Town will travel to Oldham Athletic in the FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round tomorrow, 3pm kick-off.
The Shaymen will take a break from league action for the local derby against Oldham with the winners going into the 1st Round draw.
Town go into the game in 8th place in the Vanarama National League table and have so far picked up two wins, two draws and just one defeat on the road so far this season.
Chris Millington’s side have scored just three goals in the five game so far but conceded just two.
Oldham sit three points and two places above Town in 6th position.
They have won three, drawn three and lost once on home soil this season, their only defeat was a 1-0 win for Aldershot back on the 17th August
Micky Mellon’s side have three wins in their last five with defeat at Braintree and a draw at home to Wealdstone their only blips.
Town went out of the FA Cup at this stage last season with a defeat at home to Marine. They got to the 1st round in the 2022/23 season beating St Ives Town away but were knocked out away at Ebbsfleet.
If a replay is needed, the game would be played at the Shay on Tuesday 15th October, 7.45pm kick-off
