There will be a new name in the National League next season as Hornchurch sealed their place in the top tier of non-league football with victory over Torquay United.
Hornchurch won 3-2 after extra timen the National League South play-off final and will play in the National League for the first time in their history
They will be joined by a familiar club as Kidderminster Harriers return after a 2-0 victory away at South Shields in the Northern final.
Well done to both Hornchurch and Kidderminster.
