FC Halifax Town were held to a 2-2 draw away at Leyton Orient thanks to a last gasp equalizer by the hosts.
Shaymen TV spoke with manager Jamie Fullarton for his thoughts on the game.
βOn reflection, the game plan went as well as it could have done, we looked a threat and created opportunities and we demonstrated what we are.β
βTo come here and with the environment youβre playing in, with the 5 and a half thousand fans and with the team going for the title, I think we showed our strengths on what weβre aboutβ
For the second time this season, Leyton Orient snatched a point in second half injury time, with James Alabi equalizing in the 90th minute during the reverse fixture at the MBi Shay Stadium.
βFor the second time this season weβve been sucker punched in injury timeβ
βTo concede the second goal in injury time is disappointing to say the least, but youβve got to give credit to the players and how they went about the game todayβ.
βThe step-in progression is to see out these types of games, as a team and as a groupβ
The two FC Halifax Town goals came from Devante Rodney and Manny Duku, and Jamie discussed the impact that theyβve had since arriving.
βThe difference in the past 6-8 weeks has been the competiton for placesβ
β(Rodney and Duku) suit how we play and have contributed massively with the goals and the chances createdβ
βBut itβs a real team effort; the amount of chances we create is present throughout the squadβ
