FC Halifax Town host King’s Lynn Town in an early kick-off this weekend at the Shay in front of the BT Sport cameras, 12.15pm kick-off.
Both sides come into the game on the back of 4-0 defeats, the Shaymen lost to Wrexham at home in midweek whilst the Linnets were beaten away at Stockport County.
Town are 8th in the table outside the play-offs on goal difference but have a game in hand over Wrexham. Our visitors are 21st in the table with 27 points from their 31 games played to date.
They have won only three games on the road this season, their last win away from home came in a 1-0 win over Eastleigh in January. They haven’t scored in their last three games and have won in their last 8 away games.
King’s Lynn have Cameron King, Dayle Southwell and Ross Barrows in their squad, all former Town players.
Both of their top goalscorers this season have left the Club recently as Kairo Mitchell has joined Chesterfield and Adam Marriott has joined Eastleigh.
