FC Halifax Town manager Billy Heath believes that his side will be tested when they play away to Kidderminster Harriers on Saturday.

“Tough game, as always. They have got a great home record and a top team in the league. They have been second for weeks and weeks and weeks now.”

After a good win against FC United of Manchester, Heath believes that there is still a lot of things that could change as we head to the business end of the football season.

“Like I said, this league won’t be decided, this week, next week or the week after. I really do think it will go right down to the wire, and that is for winning it as well.”

Heath said after the lengthily time that he has had in the league, there has never been such a close competitively fought season as much as this campaign.

“Strange things can happen, the last six weeks you often do see it and this year it definitely will. In the last ten years, it has never been this competitive, ever.”

Looking to the game on Saturday, Heath told Shaymen Player HD that the players are all up for the challenge ahead.

“We are looking forward to the game. The players are all upbeat after the win.”

Heath spoke about the pressure that the team will come under and that it will be those that can handle the pressure out of the clubs in the run in that will go up.

“The players who cross that white line have to come to the front, it will be the team that can handle the pressure that will get up and get in the play-offs.”
