Some key dates for the new National League season have been confirmed this afternoon.
It might only be six days since the end of the last campaign at Wembley Stadium but we are now just 63 days away from starting all over again – the new season starts on Saturday 9 August.
Fixtures will be released a month before – the schedules for the 72 sides will be announced on Wednesday 9 July.
All three divisions finish at the same time this season with the regular season action ending on Saturday 25 April.
Those lucky enough to make the Promotion Final will play their showpiece game for promotion across the weekend of Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May 2026.

Fixture Release Day – Wednesday 9 July
Opening Day – Saturday 9 August
Closing Day – Saturday 25 April
Promotion Finals – Saturday 9 May/Sunday 10 May
