This Friday Halifax take on Hartlepool at Victoria Park as they attempt to climb the table. Halifax go into this game without a win in their last four matches, whereas the Pools have won only one game in six.

Hartlepool Form (DWLLD)

Hartlepool have largely struggled for consistency all season and their patchy form in the last 5 games represents this. A drab 0-0 draw away to Barnet was followed by a hard thought 1-0 win over high flying Wrexham. Disappointing defeats to Eastleigh and Solihull Moors followed, before they played out a 1-1 draw away to Aldershot Town last time out. They will be hoping to get the better of a side that has had a very similar season to them on good Friday.

FC Halifax Town form (WDLDD)

In the last 5 games Halifax has mustered 6 points but have not won now in 5 games since their impressive 2-0 victory at home to promotion chasing Solihull Moors. The Shay Men then failed to score in their next two league matches, drawing 0-0 at home to Ebbsfleet United before falling to a 1-0 defeat at the Shay Stadium to Maidenhead. In the last two games Halifax have drawn both games 2-2, having earned an excellent point at top of the table Leyton Orient, whilst sharing the spoils with Bromley last time out.
