Fanbase New Ticketing & Fan Experience Partner

The National League is proud to announce Fanbase as its new ‘Ticketing and Fan Experience Partner’, marking a major step forward in the evolution of ticketing fan experience technology across one of the most competitive and widely supported leagues in British football.

The partnership will see Fanbase work closely with clubs across the National League to deliver a modern, flexible and connected approach to ticketing. By bringing ticketing, communication and fan engagement into a single platform, the league and its clubs will be better equipped to understand and connect with supporters, while improving the overall matchday experience.

As clubs continue to grow both on and off the pitch, the ability to capture and utilise fan data, deliver more relevant communication and create seamless supporter journeys is becoming increasingly important. This partnership reflects a shared ambition to raise standards across the league, supporting clubs with the tools needed to drive engagement, revenue and long-term sustainability.
