FC Halifax Town will make the long trip to Eastleigh on Bank Holiday Monday, 3pm kick-off in the Vanarama National League.
The Shaymen secured a play-off place with a 1-0 home win over Yeovil Town at the weekend which was our 17th league home win of the season and got to 80 points.
Town lost 1-0 away at Southend United last time on the road thanks to Kenny Clark’s first half strike which makes it four away games without a win.
Eastleigh drew 3-3 away at King’s Lynn Town at the weekend and it was a 90 + 11 minute penalty from Michael Kelly that helped the Spitfires to a point.
They are 19th in the table and have won 8, drawn 5 and lost 7 on home soil this season.
The Spitfires lost 3-2 at home to Barnet last weekend and haven’t won since the 2nd April with a 2-0 win at Aldershot
It was 4-0 at home with two goals from Jordan Slew, Jamie Allen and Matty Warburton helped the Shaymen earlier in the season.
