FC Halifax Town are delighted to announce the signing of forward David Kawa following a season at Aveley.
Spending time in the youth setups at both Crystal Palace and AFC Wimbledon, the forward joined Sevenoaks Town on loan in 2022 in the Isthmian League South East Division, and helped them to an 8th placed finish as he made 17 appearances.
In 2023, Kawa was bought by Peterborough United for an undisclosed fee to join their under 21 setup. After just one season with the Posh, Kawa was released and signed for Aveley in the National League South. It was a difficult season for Aveley as they finished bottom of the league.
However, Kawa netted 11 and assisted a further three, accounting for almost a third of their goals scored last season.
