FC Halifax Town will travel to Darlington on Saturday for our next pre-season game.
The game has been switched to Blackwell Meadows due to an issue with the Shay pitch which also saw the midweek game against Doncaster Rovers switched to their training ground.
Town have had two friendlies so far which saw a 1-0 away win at Farsley Celtic in what proved to be Jamie Fullarton’s last game in charge before a 1-1 draw against a strong Doncaster side for Nathan Clarke and Steve Nichol’s first game in temporary charge.
Darlington will be plying their trade in the National League North next season, just one league below and made Alun Armstrong their manager back in May 2019 after two spells with the Club as a player.
They finished 16th in the National League North last season on 50 points and will be looking to improve on that this season
