FC Halifax Town will entertain Chesterfield at the Shay in an early kick-off in the Vanarama National League on Saturday, 12.30pm kick-off.

The Shaymen go into the game in 15th place in the table and have won the last four games on home soil and conceded just one goal in that run of matches.

Recent results have seen Town climb up the table but they were defeated 1-0 away at Yeovil last weekend thanks to a first half penalty.

Chesterfield have won 5 out of the last 6 games and sit 3rd in the table.

Last time out in the league they beat Solihull 2-0 at the Technique Stadium and they have scored in every league game this season.

Their last defeat was at Eastleigh back on the 8th October when the Spitfires won 2-1 at the Silverlake Stadium.

Former Town man Jeff King is their top goalscorer with 6 league goals in 18 games.
