FC Halifax Town will host Braintree Town in the latest Enterprise National League game on Saturday, 3pm kick-off.

The Shaymen go into the game in 10th position after 20 league games with four home wins, three draws and two defeats so far this campaign.

Last weekend Town lost 2-1 away at Boreham Wood with Owen Devonport scoring a late goal.

Adam Lakeland’s side will be looking to improve on one win in the last seven league games which was a 3-0 victory over Solihull Moors at the Shay on the 22nd November and have picked up 19 points from the last 36 on offer.

Braintree are 19th in the table and have just picked up five points away from home this season

They haven’t won away from home in 5 league games but have two wins and a draw in their last three with home victories over Morecambe and Truro and a point at Scunthorpe.

Braintree have picked up 10 points from the last 27 on offer but have climbed out of the relegation places with their last three results.

Terrell Works is their top goalscorer with 4 goals in 13 league games.

Town won 1-0 at home to Braintree back in April thanks to Adam Senior’s late goal.
