FC Halifax Town B look to earn their first three points of the season as they host Bradford Park Avenue in a mid-table clash.

Town welcome Bradford Park Avenue (BPA) to Wyke Sports Village today at 2pm in Division ‘H’ of the National League U19 Alliance.

Currently sat at 8th in the table, Halifax are without a win all season, with 4 draws and 1 loss and although the results have not been going in their favour, Halifax are confident in getting a victory against BPA.

Scoring goals isn’t the problem for the young Shaymen, as they have scored an impressive 16 goals in 5 games this season and look to carry on this high scoring form.

A win against Park Avenue would see them leapfrog them in the table and gain some momentum going forward this season.

Their previous result was a 12-goal thriller vs FC United of Manchester (FCUM) which saw Halifax gain a point in a 6-6 draw.

Amongst these goal scorers was in-form Favour Gold, who grabbed a brace in the tight-knit affair against FCUM.

He will aim to keep up his form in front of goal so that Halifax can register a first win of their season.

The National League Academy League team have had their game postponed against Solihull Moors as they have a game in the FA Youth cup on Thursday evening.

Their fixture against Solihull Moors will be announced at a later date.
