It will be lights, cameras, action as FC Halifax Town travel down to the โ€œBritish Hollywoodโ€ to face Boreham Wood this Saturday.

Billy Heath will be hoping for less drama on the pitch at Meadow Park than is the case in the nearby Elstree Studios, as his team hope to do one better than their goalless draw against Wrexham AFC on Tuesday night.

Tom Denton and Matt Kosylo will both be eager to add to their five goals apiece. The former will be particularly motivated after the big man found the back of the net against Wrexham, however, what would have been his sixth strike of the campaign was ruled out by the linesmanโ€™s flag.

One point separates The Shaymen and their hosts going into this encounter, with both teams currently occupying 9th and 10th respectively, with a win likely to hoist either side back into the play-off spots.

The Wood come into this game on the back of a 1-0 victory over Eastleigh FC. This followed a three-game winless streak, including a 1-1 draw at Gateshead and defeats to Maidenhead United and Ebbsfleet United.

The Halifax back line will have their work cut out, with Boreham Wood boasting the joint second-best goal scoring record in the league. They will still be without defender Scott Garner, as he enters the final game of his three-match suspension following his red card against Bromley FC.

The danger man for Paul Garrardโ€™s men will be Portuguese attacking midfielder Bruno Andrade, who has regularly played as one of the two attackers in Boreham Woodโ€™s 3-5-2 system. The former Queens Park Rangers man notched his seventh goal of the season against The Spitfires in their previous outing, making him the joint second top goal scorer.
