FC Halifax Town have confirmed that there will be a minute’s applause ahead of first home Vanarama National League home match with Barrow AFC tomorrow night for the passing of former Halifax Town AFC boss George Mulhall.
Mulhall was the manager alongside Kieran O’Regan during the 1997/1998 GM Vauxhall Conference winning season seeing the Shaymen return to the Football League after five years following the relegation back in May 1993.
He sadly passed away on April 27th at the age of 81 following our final home game of the season and this is the first league match that we are able to pay our respects to him.
