Neil Aspin will hope to have side-lined players Adam Smith and Marc Roberts back at his disposal, as the Shaymen travel to Barnet on Saturday in a huge play-off clash.
Roberts limped off in last Thursday’s stalemate with Braintree, while Smith wasn’t risked at Nuneaton after feeling soreness, but Club Physio Dan Stolworthy is hopeful both will return as Town face the Bees.
He told the official website, “Smithy (Adam Smith) is fine. He’ll be training tonight with the squad. With Marc, we don’t know. We’re still waiting to make a decision with him (ahead of Saturday).
Fellow centre-half Simon Singe will miss out once more at the Hive, as he completes the second and final game of his suspensions. Ainge will be available again on Tuesday night, when the Shaymen travel to Grimsby Town in another massive fixture.
