FC Halifax Town will entertain Altrincham in the FA Trophy Third Round tomorrow at the Shay, 7.45pm kick-off.
The two sides last met in April in the semi-finals of the 2022-23 FA Trophy with the winners going to Wembley and a late Millenic Alli equaliser saw the game go to penalties which the Shaymen won to book a final appearance against Gateshead.
Three points separate the two sides in the league this season but Altrincham have played a game less and sit two places above the Shaymen in the Vanarama National League.
They have picked up four wins, four draws and three defeats on the road scoring 16 and conceding 18 in those 11 games. Two of thos defeats were in the last two games away at Rochdale and Eastleigh.
Chris Conn-Clarke is top goalscorer for Altrincham with 10 goals in 21 appearances.
