FC Halifax Town will entertain Altrincham at the Shay on Boxing Day in the Enterprise National League, 3pm kick-off.
The Shaymen go into the game in 9th place following a 2-2 draw at home to Wealdstone last weekend, having been denied all three points with two late goals from Dom Hutchinson for the Stones
In December, Town have drawn 0-0 with Newcastle United PL2 in the National League Cup winning 7-6 on penalties, as well as two 4-0 wins over FC United of Manchester and Braintree Town.
Altrincham have picked up 13 points out of the last 24 on offer and lost 3-0 at home to Rochdale last weekend.
Their last away game saw them return north following a 2-1 defeat at Aldershot Town.
Jimmy Knowles is their top goalscorer with 6 goals in 23 league games.
There are a couple of players in the Altrincham squad with Matty Kosylo, Tylor Golden and Billy Waters have all played for them this season.
