FC Halifax Town will entertain Altrincham at the Shay in the Vanarama National League on Easter Monday, 3pm kick-off.
The Shaymen have just three games left of the league season to go and sit in 6th place, 6 points above Southend United in 8th place.
Town won 1-0 at Mill Farm on Friday to see AFC Fylde relegated back to the National League North thanks to Ryan Galvin’s goal.
It was Town’s first win since the 15th March and brought an end to a run of six games without victory.
Altrincham won’t have given up on their chance of a play-off spot and a win at the Shay is a must for them to have any opportunity to compete in this year’s play-offs sitting 6 points behind Gateshead in 9th place.
Two defeats at home to Rochdale and away top Boston haven’t helped their cause but it’s just one win in their last 10 games with just five points from the last 24 on offer.
They haven’t won away in their last four with defeats at Boston, draw at Ebbsfleet, loss at Rochdale and Southend. Their last away was at York City back on the 4th March
There will be a couple of familiar faces returning to the Shay with Altrincham with Matty Kosylo and Tylor Golden now with Altrincham
The two sides drew 0-0 at Moss Lane back on Boxing Day in a game which saw both Kosylo and Chris Millington see red.
