FC Halifax Town will entertain Aldershot Town at the Shay on Saturday in the Vanarama National League, 3pm kick-off.
The Shaymen go into the game in 10th place looking for a 5th home victory of the campaign to go with the 7 draws and 2 defeats so far at the Shay this season.
Town have not won at home in four and their last victory was a 1-0 win over Wealdstone back on the 18th November.
Chris Millington’s side have since drawn the last three home games with points picked up against AFC Fylde, Rochdale and Altrincham whilst picking up victories at Gateshead and Altrincham, and a draw at AFC Fylde
Last weekend Town lost 2-0 away at Wealdstone thanks to goals from Aaron Henry and former Town loanee Tahvon Campbell
Aldershot at 7th and four points above the Shaymen in the table.
They drew 3-3 with Wealdstone at Grosvenor Vale in midweek and beat Rochdale 3-1 at home last Saturday.
The Shots have lost once in the last six games in the league and have scored 12 goals in the last 5 games.
Lorent Tolaj scored the only goal of the game deep into injury time to give Aldershot all three points in the return fixture back in November 2023.
