FC Halifax Town U19s are back to winning ways after beating AFC Fylde 3-2 in the National League U19 Alliance.

A James Sunderland goal and a brace from Ross Barrows secured the young Shaymen the victory to bounce back from their disappointing 5-1 defeat on Friday.

Bradley Jones and Jack Kay scored for the visitors but the two goals weren’t enough against a Halifax side who have looked so comfortable in-front of goal all season.

FC Halifax Town are now fourth in Division J of the National League Alliance.

The Under-19s are in FA Youth Cup 1st Round action on Wednesday night with the visit of York City to the MBi Shay Stadium, 7.30pm kick-off.
