FC Halifax Town will start the New Year with a home game against AFC Fylde at the Shay on Saturday afternoon 3pm kick-off.
The Shaymen go into the game in 8th place in the table just three points outside the play-offs.
Town are now unbeaten in the last four league games including two draws at Altrincham and promotion chasing Barnet and a 4-3 win at Aldershot Town.
Chris Millington’s side will be looking for a first home victory in four and AFC Fylde will be looking to prevent this with just their second away win of the season.
They sit 22nd in the table and have only picked up four points away from Mill Farm this season having lost 10 of their 12 games so far
AFC Fylde lost 3-1 at home to Rochdale on Boxing day and their last away game saw them lost 4-1 at Solihull Moors.
They have struggled away from home scoring just six goals which is the lowest in the league and conceded 28 which is only beaten by bottom side Ebbsfleet United who have let in 35 so far
Nick Haughton is their top goalscorer with 12 goals so far this season, only two of them have come away from home.
