FC Halifax Town entertain AFC Fylde this weekend looking to continue the 100% record at the Shay this season.
Home wins over Hartlepool United and Dagenham & Redbridge saw the Shaymen start the first week top of the table following the opening day win of the season away at Ebbsfleet United.
Town have picked up a point from the available 6 in the away games at Wrexham and Aldershot
Boss Pete Wild is looking forward to the game he told the official site,
It will be a great test at the weekend and it was so important to get back on the training ground this week. The lads have been working hard in training to put in a performance against one of the so called better teams in the league.”
He continued, “We feel we can do that and we have more than enough ability within the dressing room to compete with AFC Fylde.”
Kick-off at the Shay on Sat is 3pm.
