FC Halifax Town are delighted to announce the appointment of Aaron Beaumont who will be joining the Shaymen’s Youth Team coaching staff.
Aaron has progressed through the club’s Academy structure having recently overseen the U14 age group. Aaron has also gained experience in the senior game via Brighouse Sports and Silsden.
Head of Youth Development, Steve Nichol said: “We are delighted to offer Aaron, who is a local coach, a route of progression within the club, he will be a valuable addition to the Youth Team coaching staff.
“Aaron will work alongside, Nick Spooner and myself to support the day-to-day delivery of the youth team programme. However, based on the growth of our programmes alongside the Youth Team Aaron will oversee the U15 and U16 Academy teams supporting the age group coaches and facilitating the pathway for players to the Youth Team.
“Aaron has spent several years developing his coaching within and outside of the Club and, I hope, like many of the coaches whose footsteps he follows, the programme will provide the platform for Aaron to continue his progression as a coach. We have a coaching team in place to provide our Youth, Shadow and Academy players with excellent coaching and guidance to ensure the long-term development of players.”
