FC Halifax Town are delighted to confirm the signing of defender Will Flint, from League One side Doncaster Rovers.
A product of the Doncaster Rovers academy, Flint signed his first professional contract with the club in the summer of 2025. Flint got his first taste of men’s football on loan at Gainsborough Trinity in 2023. His next move was to Darlington on loan in August 2024, making 39 appearances in the National League North, as the Quakers finished 11th.
Last season, Flint initially joined Gateshead on loan, making 21 appearances in the National League. The defender was recalled by Doncaster in February due to a concern over playing time, before being sent on loan to Buxton. Flint then made 15 appearances for John McGrath’s Buxton as they secured a playoff finish.
