The defender came through the ranks at Bolton and has made seven appearances for them. Senior has had various loan spells, the first coming with Ashton United in the Northern Premier League during the 2021/22 season where he made nine appearances and scored three goals. During the 21/22 campaign, Senior also spent time on loan at both York City and Chorley in the National League North. In March 2022, Senior was brought into the first team squad to provide extra cover before being offered a new contract in June. In November 2022, Senior joined National League North side Telford United on an initial one-month loan which was subsequently extended to early January before the defender was recalled by Bolton.
