The Shaymenโ€™s unbeaten run is finally over. Since appointing manager Billy Heath Town had gone twelve games without a loss, but an away trip to AFC Fylde proved too much for The Shaymen, as Fylde fought to a challenging 3-2 victory.

One positive for Halifax is the confirmation of Keil Oโ€™Brienโ€™s loan deal from National League side Southport. Oโ€™Brien began his career at Manchester Unitedโ€™s youth academy, and has agreed a one-month deal with Halifax in the hope of gaining more first-team football.

Altrincham have sealed the signature of striker Emile Sinclair after his recent departure from York City. Manager Neil Young describes the forward as a โ€œrobust centre forward,โ€ who he is looking forward to working with.

Alty have also confirmed the signing of Portuguese central midfielder Fabio Bassangue from Welsher Premier side Airbus UK Broughton. The midfielder spent his early years in the lower Portuguese divisions before moving to Montpellier Arceaux and then Broughton.

Bradford Park Avenue have secured a trio of signings, as midfielders Michael Monaghan and Joe Noblet and full back Joe Kearns all join the side. Monaghan moves from league rivals AFC Telford, citing a lack of game time as the reason for the transfer. Noblet joins from Hallmark Security League Premier Division side Squires Gate. Kearns joins on a one-month loan deal from Southport, in a bid of gaining more exposure to first-team football.

Thatโ€™s it for the round-up of news for this week. With a number of teams looking to strengthen their squad, it will be interesting to see what other players will be brought into the league over the next couple of days with deadline day looming.
