Calderdale College in partnership with FC Halifax Town are looking to appoint a highly motivated and organised Football Development Officer. The post holder will be expected to contribute towards the development and delivery of football, particularly the Centre of Excellence programme ran in partnership with FC Halifax Town and other related activities to a diverse audience.
The role will work in conjunction with FC Halifax Town to develop and improve the infrastructure for football within the college in addition to college lead projects in the local community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of both male and female football; ensuring opportunities are available to both existing and new college learners.
This position will work closely with a range of internal and external partners to develop and deliver sessions both on and off site that meet the needs of all age and abilities in the local community. The sessions will build profile and reputation alongside generating a sustainable income for the Inspire Centre.
