You should now have received your streaming code/voucher, this was in an email that our media team sent last week. Once again we’d ask you to read carefully this email and the instructions that were listed. This code/voucher is applicable for the rest of the season.
In addition to these guidelines, you can receive support from our streaming partner inplayer, again their contact details are detailed on the email.

For those Season Ticket holders who have deferred their 20/21 ticket(s) you have all received an email confirming your request.
Today (Friday 16 ) is the last day that you can receive a full refund, after 8pm tonight a full refund will no longer be available. All refunds must be requested via firstname.lastname@example.org
For those people who have requested a refund, all refunds have now been processed.
Season Tickets will be available for collection from w/c 2 November, we will confirm exact collection times & dates nearer the time.
Please remember if you have selected the seating option then your seat(s) will remain allocated to you. For Season Ticket holders who are still struggling to log on using their code/voucher then we will be running ‘Our Streaming Surgery’ Thursday 22 October from 4.30pm until 7.30pm at the Shay.
If you need some technical support or you have any questions then pop down and we’ll try & resolve. We would advise you to attend if you have been struggling as we’re limited in-house to what support we’ll be able to offer on a match-day going forward.
