Good afternoon and welcome to today’s league clash against Salford City.
Firstly, I would like to say a massive thank you to all our match day sponsors and all those joining us for match day hospitality. Today we welcome over 200 people in the dining room so I thank you all for your tremendous support towards the club.

Once again, I would like to raise the awareness give special mention to The FC Halifax Town Sporting Dinner which will be held on Friday 17th February at the Cedar Court Hotel at the top of the M606 in Bradford. The Sporting Dinner is our biggest annual event with over 400 fans and businesses in attendance. The dinner is always a huge hit with all who attend and has become famous for the fantastic guest speakers along with the evenings auctions and entertainment. If you haven’t been to one before then I would highly recommend coming along. I am now taking bookings for tables of 10 or 12 – we are also welcoming smaller numbers so please get in touch with me directly. This year we’re happy to welcome back host John Helm along with special guests DR Kevin Jones and John Motson OBE. The night promises to be another huge success and I look forward to seeing you all again on the evening!
There is a BIG focus on filling the rest of the ”Play the Squares” page in the programme! The club needs your support so I you can help us out then please get in touch with me! The details of what’s involved are as follows; Get your name in the programme and help our Team Physiotherapist fill his medical chest. For a £50 donation, you can have your name in one of the following; the Directors Box, Home Dugout, Away Dugout, Tunnel, Floodlights (Choice of four), each Goalmouth, the Press Box and the Snack Bar. ALL revenue is vital and helps towards covering necessary but costly expenses that the club incurs daily.
